  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend, may incur the full session fee.

  • If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as reasonably possible.

Confidentiality may only be broken in exceptional circumstances where:

  • There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others;
